CBC’s executive director, Guilherme W. Syrkis, and CBC’s special consultant Fabio Feldmann delivered a set of proposals for tackling climate change to the governor of Mato Grosso do Sul, Reinaldo Azambuja. The intention is that these proposals mark the candidacy of his successor in the State. This is the beginning of a cycle of actions taken by the CBC during the 2022 elections to guide candidates on the most important issues on the current climate agenda and help the population to know which candidates are most committed to the climate cause.
The SEMAGRO-MS team, the Secretary for the Environment and Economic Development Jaime Verruck and the advisor Thais Guimarães accompanied the delivery.
